Fabulous and Fearless over 40

At this stage in life, I’ve realized that being fearless and fabulous goes far beyond appearances. It’s about owning your story, no matter where it has taken you, and standing tall in your truth. That’s why I’m honored to be a contestant in the Fab Over 40 competition, which celebrates women who continue to inspire and empower others.

For me, this journey has been deeply personal. Since my breast cancer diagnosis earlier this year, I’ve learned what it truly means to fight, not just for your health, but for your identity, dreams, and impact. This challenge only deepened my passion for helping others—through my life coaching business, Total Évolution Now, and my mentoring organization, Queen of Hearts. Every day, I get to remind women that they are worthy of love, purpose, and greatness.

But this competition is about more than just me—it’s a testament to the amazing women over 40 who continue to break barriers, redefine success, and lift others as they rise. I want to encourage everyone reading this to embrace their own fearless and fabulous journey, no matter where it starts or how it evolves.
